Wellness in Wilderness Retreat

June 20-30, 2020


The cancellation policy below is designed to protect both retreat leaders and all retreat attendees (prospective and current).

CANCELLATION | Initiated by Participant
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions.
We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.


Before January 15th, you will receive a 100% refund, less $500 non-refundable deposit.

Before February 15th, you will receive a 65% refund ONLY if we are able to reassign your room to another participant.

Before March 15th, you will receive a 50% refund ONLY if we are able to reassign your room to another participant.

Before April 15th, you will receive a 25% refund ONLY if we are able to reassign your room to another participant.

After April 15th there will be no refunds.

To cancel, you must send an email stating that you wish to cancel to: rimmi@comcast.

CANCELLATION | Initiated by retreat leaders
In the extreme event that Wellness in Wilderness cancels a retreat, participants are given the option to use their payments to date as credit toward a future retreat, or be given a refund in full. Wellness in Wilderness retreat leaders, Rimmi Singh and Karen Best are not responsible for additional costs accrued - for instance, airfare - and it is recommended that retreat participants purchase travel insurance.

It is the responsibility of the participant to schedule travel and plan accordingly to arrive on time. In the case of arriving late, leaving early, travel delays or cancellations of any kind, or illness, there are no refunds or discounts.


One role of retreat leaders is to help rearrange plans on the scheduled itinerary, should unforeseen changes occur. Retreat leaders shall do their best to arrange for suitable plans as close to original itinerary as they are able.
