HOW TO REGISTER

Select your room. Use the floor plan and pricing/availability chart to find the room best suited for you.

Complete the registration form.

Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

When we receive registration we put the room 'On Hold' and update the status to 'Reserved' when we receive payment. Rooms can be placed 'On Hold' for only 10 days, after which they will be released.

You will receive an invoice by email. There will be an additional 3% processing fee if paying by credit card. No additional cost is incurred if paying by check or cash.

Oceanfront Villa

Beautiful, spacious beachfront home wth stunning ocean views from many rooms. This home boasts 12 bedrooms, 6 baths.
Breathtaking ocean views are abundant in this North Bethany home. 5 of the bedrooms offer private balconies with panoramic views and a cupola above the fourth floor with 360 degrees views in every direction. The stone fireplace in the Great Room is seen through the adjoining library, which opens to an oceanfront screened porch. There are 2 large cedar decks, one with a hot tub and gas grill and one ocean front with built in bench. The game room has a pool table on the main level and stereo surround speakers throughout the main level. Access to the uncrowded beach is steps away from private walkway.
